Jane Hill - Addicted to Fun

Jane used to be fun. By fun, she means drunk. She’s been sober for 16 years and life is fine, but she still misses the fun times: the buzz that only alcohol can give you; the sheer joyous abandon of being drunk.

With a wicked sense of humour and a shockingly reckless candour, Jane discusses her own drinking problem, the British approach to alcohol, the scrapes that booze got her into - and how she managed to get out.

Addicted to Fun is frank and funny show about anxiety, sex, alcohol and that time she nearly vomited over Noddy Holder.

‘Comedy gold... . Throughout, she holds the room in the palm of her hand, with a stream of laughs only interrupted by knowing nods through the set-ups, erupting into laughs again at punchlines. The audience enjoyed her so much they almost forgot to drink their pints!’ ***** (One4Review)
