Desperately Seeking Motivation: Challenged

Woodward and Josie Ettrick-Hogg bring a show about challenges and how to motivate one-self. Both have suffered from severe hoarding disorders and the massive impact that has on living a normal and productive life. Because of the effects of this and many other issues, personality traits and life-events, they have come to a point where they have decided to really push themselves to change the course of their lives. From a 600 mile hike, climbing the worlds tallest free-standing mountain, jump off a bridge, organise a giant charity swan race, a 450km bike ride across India, or paragliding, boxing or getting into the newspapers; achieving chart success in a foreign country, starting up a charity or being a bit part in a TV show: what will they manage to achieve? Will they give up and go home? (You can bet your arse they won't!) And what secrets of motivation will they bring back to share with us?
